Stacey Knight is Vice President of Integrations for the Resource Group at Latticework Capital Management. The Resource Group advises and supports the LCM portfolio companies to optimize growth opportunities through strategic planning, implementations, negotiations, and other optimization initiatives.
Ms. Knight provides post-acquisition integration support across the firm’s portfolio companies by partnering with portfolio company leadership teams to align operating processes and strengthen organizational infrastructure during periods of transition and growth.
Ms. Knight was previously a Vice President at American Veterinary Group, where she established and led the company’s integration function from inception. She developed structured integration frameworks, operational protocols, and team infrastructure to support acquisition onboarding and organizational alignment.
Ms. Knight holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology.
