Joshua Lutes is the Director of Procurement and Cost Management for The Resource Group at LCM. The Resource Group advises and supports the LCM portfolio companies to optimize growth opportunities through strategic planning, negotiations, demand management, and other optimization initiatives. Mr. Lutes is a passionate professional leader with 20 years in supply management, sourcing, procurement, vendor and cost management, real estate and other related business areas.
Prior to joining Latticework, Mr. Lutes worked for companies like Neovance LP., US Radiology Specialists (now Lumexa Imaging), Allscripts Healtchare (now Veradigm), and Zimmer Biomet Inc. where he worked across increasing roles in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, cost optimization and other transformation initiatives.
Mr. Lutes obtained his degree in business administration, marketing and finance from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne Indiana and is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
