Ms. Morehouse is the Director of Payor Relations and Revenue Cycle for The Resource Group at LCM. The Resource Group advises and supports the LCM portfolio companies to optimize growth opportunities through strategic planning, negotiations and within mergers & acquisitions using her areas of expertise in payor relations, revenue cycle, business development, and contract negotiations. She maintains ongoing relationships with major health plans like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care, Humana and Cigna.
Prior to joining Latticework, Ms. Morehouse worked for Confluent Health, Luna Physical Therapy and ATI Physical Therapy. She served on the board of directors of The Alliance for Physical Therapy Quality Initiatives and has advocated for several healthcare provider associations to improve national payment policy.
Ms. Morehouse obtained her master’s degrees in physical therapy and business administration from Marquette University where she continues to serve as an adjunct faculty.
