Latticework Expands Team With Three New Additions

Latticework Capital Management is excited to announce the addition of three new team members to our expanding organization. It continues to be an exciting phase of growth for LCM, and with the support of our new, valued team members, we look forward to what is next. Each individual's unique background and deep expertise will strengthen our work across LCM’s portfolio. Please join us in welcoming Alec Dale, Chase Tyner, and Ashley Hanna.
Alec Dale was previously an Investment Banking Analyst with Houlihan Lokey and Jefferies. He is currently a Board Observer of SALT Dental Partners and Healthcare Building Solutions.
Chase Tyner was previously an Investment Banking Analyst with Bank of America. He is currently a Board Observer of inReach Health, Kalon Aesthetics, and Institutes of Health.
Ashley Hanna joins Latticework as General Counsel to the Resource Group where she advises LCM’s portfolio companies on corporate transactions, governance, and other legal matters. Ashley provides these services through her independent private legal practice and also represents other clients.
