DALLAS, Texas

Latticework Capital Management (“Latticework”) would like to announce the completion of a recapitalization of Restoration Counseling & Community Services, LLC (“RCCS”). While Latticework owns a controlling stake of the business, Paul Kustermann, founder and CEO, will maintain minority interest and continue to lead RCCS.

The CARF-accredited organization specializes in treating behavioral health needs for individuals transitioning from the criminal justice system, providing chemical dependency treatment, cognitive moral restructuring intervention and life skill services. Intensive outpatient and sober living levels of care are offered. Additionally, RCCS is the only community-based provider in Minnesota that employs certified staff who are qualified to conduct criminal risk assessments. RCCS plans to use the capital to make enterprise enhancements with the goal of expanding the organization’s scale into other states.

“We are excited to partner with RCCS and Paul to implement strategic initiatives which fuel the company’s expansion,” said Managing Partner Kyle Bradford.

“Working with Latticework will allow RCCS to better execute its growth plan and I look forward to leveraging the firm’s extensive industry expertise,” added CEO Paul Kustermann.
