Latticework Capital Management, LLC, a healthcare private equity firm based in Dallas, TX announced that it has hired TJ Shepherd and Travis Hennessey as Senior Associate and Associate, respectively.
Prior to joining LCM, Mr. Shepherd was a Senior Associate at Lone Star Funds, a Texas based multi-strategy private equity firm. While at Lone Star Funds, Mr. Shepherd worked on the origination, underwriting, and asset management of corporate investments in private equity and private credit. Prior to Lone Star Funds, Mr. Shepherd worked at Crestline Investors, where he focused on the underwriting and asset management of credit related hedge fund investments. He holds a BBA with concentrations in Finance, Marketing and Accounting from Texas Christian University.
Mr. Hennessey was previously an Investment Banking Analyst with Houlihan Lokey where he focused on executing mergers and acquisitions for clients across various healthcare verticals. Mr. Hennessey holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University.
